At FAN DI PERFUME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the seal is intact, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
